The architectural style is Mediterranean with definite Spanish colonial overtones. Exterior walls of the buildings are a subdued yellow offset by red tile roofs. Views are primarily west to the ocean, north to the mountains and south to the coast and peninsula.

The condos are in four 2 and 3 story buildings. A large luxury house of 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths next to the pool is part of the condo complex but separate from the other units.
